The Torva keeps its shape simple — a clean glass cylinder on a small metal base — and lets the material do the work. The glass softens and diffuses the light into a warm, even glow, while the slim vertical form adds height and a touch of architecture to a wall without taking up space.
Where it gets versatile is the choices: mount it up or down, pick a metal, pick a glass color, and it settles into almost any room — modern, classic, or somewhere in between.

Frosted White
Translucent & icy
A translucent, icy diffusion that lets light — and soft silhouettes — pass through the glass. Brighter and more luminous.
Matte White
Opaque & porcelain
An opaque, porcelain-like finish that gives a softer, more solid architectural glow — light without seeing through the glass.
Tip: choose frosted for a brighter, luminous look; choose matte for a softer, more solid statement. Warm-toned glass (amber) pairs beautifully with the gold finish; cooler glass (smoke, sky blue) suits black or sand nickel.

Bulb & Installation
The practical details.

Uses a standard GU10 LED bulb (not included) — widely available and easy to swap. For dimming, use a dimmable GU10 LED with a compatible dimmer switch. A warm-white bulb best suits the glass tones.
Dual orientation
Mount it upward or downward with no extra hardware — decide the direction of the light at install time. A great way to match a pair or vary the look across a room.
Hardwired on a standard wall switch (AC 110–240V) — we recommend a licensed electrician; shut off the breaker first. Rated IP20 for indoor, dry locations — not waterproof, so it is not suitable for bathrooms or any damp or wet area.

Can I mount it facing up or down?+
Yes — the Torva mounts in either orientation with no extra hardware. Point the glass up for a soft uplight, or down to cast light lower on the wall. Decide at install time.
What's the difference between frosted and matte white?+
Frosted white is translucent — an icy diffusion that lets light and soft silhouettes pass through, brighter and more luminous. Matte white is opaque — a porcelain-like finish with a softer, more solid glow. Frosted for luminous; matte for solid.
What bulb does it use? Is one included?+
A standard GU10 LED bulb, not included — they're widely available and easy to swap. For dimming, use a dimmable GU10 LED with a compatible dimmer switch. A warm-white bulb suits the glass best.
Which glass color should I choose?+
For the warmest, coziest glow, choose amber (lovely with gold). For a bright, clean look, clear or frosted white. For a cool, modern tone, smoke gray or sky blue (good with black or sand nickel). Green is a subtle, distinctive accent. Screen colors are approximate.
Can I use it in a bathroom?+
No — it's rated IP20 for indoor, dry locations only and is not suitable for bathrooms or any damp or wet area. Keep it to dry rooms like bedrooms, hallways, living rooms, and entryways.
