Refund policy

We hope every lamp you order fits perfectly in your home and brings you a warm, pleasant experience. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, our team is ready to assist you with returns and all related after-sales support.

By placing an order with our store, you acknowledge and agree to our published return, refund, and dispute resolution policies. All claims, chargebacks, and disputes will be handled strictly in accordance with these policies. Any chargeback initiated without prior communication and compliance with our official return process will not be approved, and the buyer’s corresponding dispute claim will be automatically deemed invalid.

Most items are eligible for a refund when returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

 

Cancellation Policy

We will process your order within 24 hours as soon as we receive the order. If you want to cancel your order, please email  service@stuberlighting.com. You must do this within 12 hours of placing the order. The refund will be issued within 2 working days after the cancellation of your order.

We will try our best to meet your needs. However, if the products you ordered have already been shipped out, then your order cannot be canceled.

Before installing or using the products, please double-check the following when they arrive:

1) Scan the package for damage.

2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.

3) Remove the packaging and inspect the items.

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have installed the appliance, it cannot be returned.

 

Return Policy

Production defects, lack of products, or shipping damage:

1.If the product you ordered was delivered with a manufacturing defect, please take a photo. Next, contact us immediately. We will reship it for you.

2.If you receive fewer products than you ordered, please contact us. We will send you a replacement for the missing items as soon as we confirm it.

3.If your package was damaged during packaging or shipping, please provide the appropriate photos. Once our team has reviewed and approved your package, we will reship it to you or give you a full refund.

4.Please ensure that the photos you submit are not blurry or obscured. Providing high-quality photos will help us resolve your issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please contact us within 3 days of the delivery of your order.
KINDLY NOTE:

1.If the consumer causes the return, they should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

2.If the goods received are damaged or not correct for reasons caused by us, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

3.We can accept your return, but not free for any reason. If there is something wrong with the quality of our products, we sent it wrong or missed it. We will give you a refund or replace the products.

WE WILL NOT PROVIDE RETURN SERVICE FOR THE FOLLOWING NON-MERCHANT REASONS:

Wrong Size

Size charts and detailed measurements are clearly displayed on each product page. Please refer to the product description before placing your order. Feel free to contact our customer support if you have any questions about sizing.

Color Difference with Cabinets

Slight color discrepancy may exist between the product and real cabinets due to shooting light and photographic technical limitations. Please consider this before purchase if you are sensitive to color difference.

The following situations are considered non-quality & non-merchant reasons for returns:

  • Purchased more quantities than needed
  • No longer needed after you receive it.
  • Personal dislike or subjective dissatisfaction
  • Late or failed delivery caused by incorrect shipping address or zip code provided by the customer
  • Any other returns resulting from non-seller related reasons

Refunds

For returned items, after we received them, it takes 5 - 10 business days for us to inspect for damage and restock. We will issue the refund accordingly after the inspecting process. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to be finalized depends on the bank and credit card company that you use.

 

We must receive returned products before we can issue any refund. If we did not receive the products back for any giving reason, like the customer refuses to send the product back or the customer refuses to accept the package resulting in the shipping agent destroying the package, we will not be able to issue any refund.


Original shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund for non-defective returns.

 

Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange service. If you want to exchange the product for personal reasons, please contact us within 14 natural days of receiving your package. Confirm the details of your exchange when you contact us.

After we agree to exchange your products, please send back the products you received in their original condition. The products must not affect our secondary sales.

After your returned package arrives at our designated warehouse and the verification is completed, we will reship the items you want to exchange within 3 working days.

Although we offer a free exchange service, you are responsible for all postage costs incurred in the return process.
