Will my travertine look exactly like the photos?
No. Natural pores, veining, mineral marks and color tone vary from piece to piece. These differences are part of genuine travertine.
Is Torre intended to light an entire room?
Torre is best used as ambient or accent lighting. Its vertical up-and-down glow works especially well as part of a layered lighting plan.
How should I clean the stone?
Gently dust the surface with a soft dry cloth. Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive pads and harsh household chemicals.
Shipping & Returns

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.
Once shipped, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue.

Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.
05What happens if I need to return an item?+
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.
