The details most useful for this slim vertical design.

What is the main difference between Short and Tall? +

Only the overall height changes. Both versions remain 3.9″ / 10cm wide and project 3.1″ / 8cm from the wall.

What bulbs does it use? +

The fixture uses two G4 bulbs. For U.S. and Canadian installations, use AC 120V G4 bulbs rather than low-voltage 12V bulbs.

Will every alabaster piece look the same? +

No. Natural alabaster varies in veining, tone and translucency, so every fixture has its own stone pattern.

Does it need to be hardwired? +

Yes. Stilo is designed for hardwired wall installation and is controlled from a standard wall switch.

Natural material note: Each alabaster piece is unique. Natural veining, clouding, mineral marks and differences in translucency are expected characteristics of genuine stone.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.

03What about bulbs, dimming and electrical compatibility?

Bulb type, light source, voltage and dimming compatibility depend on the specific fixture and options you select. Please check the product specifications and selected variants or contact our team before placing your order.

04Do you provide installation guidance?

Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.

05What happens if I need to return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.

06What if something arrives damaged or develops an issue?

Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
