Is Stelo sold as a set?
Each selection is one complete lamp. Multiple lamps are shown together in the hero photo for styling inspiration.
What is the difference between light length and overall height?
Light length is the glowing tube itself. Overall height includes the upper and lower suspension cables and adjusts to fit your room, up to the standard maximum shown above.
Does installation require electrical hardwiring?
No. Stelo plugs into an outlet. A secure ceiling fixing is still required, so plan the mounting point and a nearby outlet before installation.
Can I order it for a different ceiling height?
Yes. Select Custom Height (Made to Your Ceiling) and send us the finished floor-to-ceiling measurement before production.
Is the LED light source included and replaceable?
The built-in LED is included with the lamp. It is not replaceable.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.
