What is the difference between Model A and Model B? +
Model A has a taller globe profile and comes in three sizes. Model B is lower and rounder at Ø11.8" × H11.8".
Which Model A size should I choose? +
Start with the diameter. Small is Ø11.8", Medium is Ø17.7", and Large is Ø23.6". Larger diameters create noticeably more visual presence, so check both the room scale and the furniture below.
Are the bulbs included? +
Yes. Stella uses E26 / E27 light sources, and the required bulbs are included with the chandelier.
Can I request a longer chain? +
Yes. The standard fixture includes approximately 19" / 48cm of chain. A longer suspension length can be arranged when your ceiling requires additional drop.
Does it need professional installation? +
Stella is a hardwired ceiling fixture. Because of the suspended crystal construction, installation by a qualified electrician is recommended.
Can it be used in a bathroom? +
Stella is rated IP20 for indoor dry locations. Keep it away from shower areas, direct moisture and other wet zones.
