Snodo separates where the lamp stands from where the light lands. Keep the weighted base beside or behind the furniture, then swing the jointed arm toward your chair, sofa, bed or work surface.

The Joint Does the Work
Snodo is useful because the base does not need to sit directly underneath the light. The metal arm pivots from the upright and carries the shade toward the place you are actually using.

Swing the arm toward the seating or work area instead of dragging the entire floor lamp across the room.

The structural arm and upright are metal, helping the mechanism hold its selected position.

Weighted Floor Support
Counterbalances the shade and arm when the light is extended away from the upright.
Why a Swing Arm? Place the base where there is available floor space, then bring the shade closer to the book, seat or desktop. It is especially useful where there is no room for a side table.

These are not simply small and large versions. Compact is designed to work beside furniture. Overhead is designed to clear taller furniture and extend the shade over it.

The everyday reading version. Its shorter arm reaches beside a chair, bed or desk without making the fixture feel oversized.

Over the Furniture
Nearly eight feet tall with a longer reach, designed to stand behind a sofa or sectional and carry the shade above the seating area.

Standard Ceiling 8 ft → Compact The 65.7" version leaves comfortable visual clearance in a standard-height room.
Taller Ceiling 9 ft+ → Overhead The 95.7" version needs extra headroom and is intended for taller spaces.

Light Character Fabric Softens the Directional Light
The tapered fabric shade takes the harder edge off the bulb while the swing arm keeps the source closer to the reading or seating area. The result is functional light without the visual severity of an exposed metal task shade.

Compliance Compliant with SAA/UL/ETL/CE and CSA certifcation standards.
Assembly Note Fully tighten every threaded upright joint before standing the lamp upright. Because the arm and shade carry weight above the base, a loose joint can make the upright appear slightly tilted.
Fabric + Metal Care Dust the shade with a lint roller or a soft vacuum-brush attachment. Do not wet-clean the fabric. Wipe the metal with a dry or barely damp microfiber cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners.
