A wall sconce shaped like a tide pool.
The Shellie is a sculptural wall sconce with a shell-curve glass shade, hand-tinted in four ocean-side colors — amber sandstone, beige driftwood, sea-green, and brown shoreline. The form references the soft, organic curve of a found seashell; the colors reference the palette of a Pacific coast morning. Mounted on the wall, lit from inside, the glass glows like a tide pool catching sun.
G9 base accepts any small candelabra-style LED or filament bulb. Hardwired with standard wall switch control. Compact enough for hallways, bedside walls, and powder rooms — pair them in twos for symmetry, or hang one as a quiet focal point.
Shell-curve glass shade
Hand-finished glass shaped after the open curve of a clam shell — soft enough to feel natural, structured enough to read as a sculptural piece.
Four coastal colors
Amber (sunset on sand), beige (driftwood), sea-green (kelp and shallow water), brown (wet stones). Tinted glass, not painted — color goes through, not just on top.
Compact wall footprint
11" wide, 10" tall, 5" projection. Sized for hallways and bedside walls where deeper sconces would crowd the space.
G9 base — your bulb, your glow
Standard G9 socket accepts LED, candelabra, or filament-style bulbs. The tinted glass already does the color work — choose the bulb for brightness.
For rooms that want the coast inside
There is a particular quality of light along a coast — softer than inland light, warmer at the edges, filtered through the slight haze that always sits over water. Coastal homes try to recreate that light indoors through paint, fabric, and material choice. The Shellie does it through the lamp itself. The tinted glass refracts the bulb the way water refracts the sun — diffused, color-touched, never quite the same as standard white light. Hang it in a beach house and the room reads coastal; hang it in any other home and the room reads warmer.
Where the Shellie hangs best
Coastal or beach-house interiors — the Shellie's natural home; the shell silhouette and ocean-palette glass complete the room's visual language.
Hallway or stairwell — pair two for symmetry along a long wall; the warm tinted glow softens otherwise-clinical pass-through spaces.
Bedroom — bedside wall — replaces a table lamp; frees nightstand surface, casts soft reading-level light from above.
Powder room — guests' first impression deserves the kind of fixture that reads "designed", not "shopping-list."
Dining room accent wall — pair two flanking a sideboard or large piece of art; the amber and brown tones work with warm-wood dining furniture.

Choosing your color

Use G9 LED bulbs rated 2700K-3000K for the warmest, most coastal-feeling glow. Avoid 4000K and above; cool light fights the tinted glass.
For symmetrical hallway or bedside installation, plan center-to-center spacing of approximately 6 feet.
Safety tested for indoor use in dry locations. Meets technical requirements for North American residential lighting installations.
