What exactly is adjustable? +
The shade direction adjusts. You can angle it upward, downward or to the side. The overall lamp height is fixed.
Does it come with a bulb? +
Yes. Sfera includes a standard E14 bulb. Maximum rated wattage is 40W.
Can I dim the lamp? +
The standard setup uses the included bulb. An optional remote-control dimmable bulb is available for adjustable brightness and 3000–6000K light color.
How do I turn it on? +
Sfera is plug-in and uses an inline On / Off switch on the 59" / 150cm cord. US, UK, AU and EU plug options are available.
Is it a task lamp? +
Sfera is primarily an accent and ambient lamp. Tilting the shade can direct more light toward a surface, but it is not intended as high-output task lighting.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.
Once shipped, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue.

We offer complimentary customization on selected fixture details. Available changes depend on the design. Email support@stuberlighting.com with the product name and your requirements before ordering.
03What about bulbs, dimming and electrical compatibility?+
Bulb type, light source, voltage and dimming compatibility depend on the specific fixture and options you select. Please check the product specifications and selected variants or contact our team before placing your order.
04Do you provide installation guidance?+
Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.
05What happens if I need to return an item?+
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.
06What if something arrives damaged or develops an issue?+
Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
