What is the difference between single and double discs? +

Single Disc has a 5.9″ body height. Double Disc has a 9.8″ body height and a layered silhouette. Both versions offer 7.1″ and 11″ diameters.

Will all alabaster discs look the same? +

No. Alabaster is a natural stone, so each disc has its own veining, tone and translucency.

Can the hanging length be customized? +

Yes. Custom hanging lengths are available. Please contact us with your required length so we can confirm the installation details.

Does it need a separate bulb? +

No. Saturno uses an integrated LED light source, so no separate bulb is required.

Does it require hardwired installation? +

Yes. Saturno is designed for hardwired ceiling installation. Professional installation is recommended.

Natural material note: Each alabaster disc is unique. Natural veining, clouding, mineral marks and differences in translucency are expected characteristics of genuine stone.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.

Once shipped, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue.

We offer complimentary customization on selected fixture details. Available changes depend on the design. Email support@stuberlighting.com with the product name and your requirements before ordering.

03What about bulbs, dimming and electrical compatibility?

Bulb type, light source, voltage and dimming compatibility depend on the specific fixture and options you select. Please check the product specifications and selected variants or contact our team before placing your order.

04Do you provide installation guidance?

Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.

05What happens if I need to return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.

06What if something arrives damaged or develops an issue?

Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
