The Pippa is a sculptural floor lamp finished in saturated red or sun-yellow — a deliberate departure from the neutral browns and warm whites that fill most rooms. Built from cut metal and an opal glass orb, it sits at 56 inches tall — the height of an armchair-side reading lamp, with the visual presence of a piece of art.
Most rooms are 80% neutral. The Pippa is the 20% — the one piece in the room that you notice first, the conversation starter, the splash of intentional color in a sea of beige and walnut. If everything in your home plays it safe, the Pippa is the lamp that doesn't.

For the room that needs a punctuation mark
Interior design has a rule that most American homes follow without thinking: keep the big pieces neutral, add color in the small accents. Pillows, throws, art on the walls. But the rule misses something. A lamp is a piece of architecture in a room — it sits at standing height, it draws the eye, it lights itself. A bold-colored lamp does what a neutral lamp cannot: it becomes the room's punctuation mark, the one piece that says "someone with taste lives here, and they aren't afraid to show it." The Pippa is that piece.

Most Stuberlighting fixtures are quiet — warm browns, brass, cream, the neutral palette that disappears into a room. The Pippa is the deliberate exception. We made it for the customer who wants the rest of the room to be calm and one piece to be loud.
Choose the Pippa when your room is already mostly neutral, and you want exactly one piece to break the rule.

A bedroom that needs personality — set beside the dresser or in the corner; brings personality without committing the whole room to color.
A creative workspace or studio — the saturated color signals "this is where ideas happen, not where reports get filed."
A mid-century or pop-art interior — for rooms already committed to color, the Pippa becomes part of a curated palette rather than a contrast.
For rooms with maximalist or already color-saturated palettes, the Pippa blends into the composition; for neutral rooms, it stands out as the focal point. Both work.
G9 LED bulbs in 3000K warm white are recommended for the warmest, most flattering glow.
