Which size should I choose?
Choose 38cm for a more compact ceiling presence, 48cm for medium-scale rooms, and 58cm when you want stronger visual coverage. All three sizes remain only 1.9" / 5cm high.
Is Piana suitable for a lower ceiling?
Yes. The entire fixture is only 1.9" / 5cm high, making it especially useful where a pendant or deeper semi-flush fixture would reduce too much headroom.
Are pores and marks in the travertine normal?
Yes. Natural pores, small cavities, veins and tonal differences are normal characteristics of genuine travertine and are not defects.
Is the LED included?
Yes. The LED light source is integrated into the fixture and included, so no separate bulb is required.
Can Piana be dimmed?
Yes. A Triac-dimmable version can be customized on request.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.
Once shipped, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue.

Bulb type, light source, voltage and dimming compatibility depend on the specific fixture and options you select. Please check the product specifications and selected variants or contact our team before placing your order.
04Do you provide installation guidance?+
Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.
05What happens if I need to return an item?+
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.
06What if something arrives damaged or develops an issue?+
Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
