A Warm Orb Above Polished Chrome
Orbita pairs a translucent amber globe with a polished chrome cylinder. Once illuminated, the visible round bulb creates a layered double-orb effect inside the shade — compact, warm and unmistakably sculptural.

Orbita is built around contrast: warm translucent acrylic against cool reflective chrome. These two surfaces give the lamp its character even before it is switched on.

Acrylic — Not Glass The globe is intentionally made from premium PMMA acrylic. It is lighter and more chip-resistant than glass while preserving the translucent amber appearance of the design.
Compact Enough for the Bedside
Orbita has one size. Its 11-inch footprint is compact enough for most side tables, while the 14.5-inch height keeps the amber globe clearly visible without becoming oversized.

Acrylic + Chrome Care Dust both surfaces with a soft microfiber cloth. For the PMMA globe, use a barely damp cloth for fingerprints and avoid ammonia-based glass cleaners, alcohol and abrasive products. Dry immediately after cleaning.
Design Note Orbita is an independent contemporary interpretation of the broader 1970s Italian Space Age chrome-and-orb table-lamp typology.
