Good to Know
Will the larger size feel too heavy over a dining table?
Meshmatics has a large silhouette, but the open wire construction keeps the fixture visually transparent. It creates presence without forming a solid block above the table.
Which color temperature should I choose?
3000K gives a warmer residential atmosphere, 4000K appears cleaner and more neutral, while 6000K creates a cooler white appearance.
Is professional installation recommended?
Yes. Meshmatics is a hardwired ceiling fixture, and professional installation is recommended, especially for the larger sizes.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.
Once shipped, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue.

Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.
05What happens if I need to return an item?+
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.

Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
