Product FAQs

Glass or pearl accents—which should I choose?

Choose glass to keep the patterned panels in focus. Pearl-style strands add a dressier finish. The main photograph shows the accented version; check your selected decor option before ordering.

How do I check the fit above my table?

Measure the table and the space around it, then check the chandelier width and full ceiling drop. For an airy look, leave visible space around the glass rather than matching the table width.

Are the bulbs included and replaceable?

Yes. Bulbs are included and can be replaced individually when needed.

How do I clean the patterned glass?

With the light off and cool, gently support each panel while dusting. Avoid tugging on the glass or strands, and keep cleaning sprays away from electrical fittings.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.

We offer complimentary customization on selected fixture details. Available changes depend on the design. Email support@stuberlighting.com with the product name and your requirements before ordering.

03What about bulbs, dimming and electrical compatibility?

Bulb type, light source, voltage and dimming compatibility depend on the specific fixture and options you select. Please check the product specifications and selected variants or contact our team before placing your order.

04Do you provide installation guidance?

Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.

05What happens if I need to return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.

06What if something arrives damaged or develops an issue?

Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
