Lumen Travertine Wall Lamp

The Lumen is a compact wall lamp with a clear job — to cast a soft, downward wash of light without a hint of glare. A small piece of real yellow travertine sits on a warm wood base; the LED inside throws its glow downward, grazing the wall below in a quiet, even beam.

At under 4 inches wide and 9 inches tall, it is deliberately small — the kind of light you mount along a hallway, beside a bed, or up a staircase, where you want gentle direction, not a bright fixture demanding attention. It is functional lighting that happens to be made of stone.

Why we made the Lumen

At Stuberlighting, we wanted a wall light that was useful first and beautiful second — and then made it beautiful anyway. Hallways and staircases need light, but they rarely need a statement; they need something small, warm, and easy to live with. The Lumen is that. We gave it a body of real travertine and wood so that even a purely practical fixture would carry natural material warmth. It is the quiet workhorse of a well-lit home.

Choosing your Lumen

Walnut wood base — a deeper, warmer wood tone for mid-century and richer interiors.

Wood color base — a lighter, natural wood tone for Scandinavian and bright neutral rooms.

Wall switch version — wires to your room's existing wall switch in the standard way.

Pull cord version — operated by a cord on the fixture itself; the right choice for a wall with no nearby switch.

Where it works

Along a hallway — mount a series at even intervals for a warm, guiding wash of light.

Up a staircase — the downward glow lights the steps without glare on the way up or down.

Beside a bed — a pair gives soft reading light; the pull-cord version switches off without reaching for the wall.

In an entryway — a small, warm welcome that does not overpower a narrow space.

Travertine is a natural stone — every piece has its own veining and tone. Slight variation between fixtures is the nature of the material.
