When the light is off, the reflective acrylic surface behaves more like a distorted mirror. Once illuminated, the center becomes more translucent and the internal glow becomes visible.
Which size should I choose? +
Choose the 7.1" version when you want a lighter wall accent or have tighter spacing. Choose the 11" version when the fixture should read more clearly as sculptural wall art.
Is the shade made from glass? +
No. Lava uses reflective acrylic to create its molten glass-like appearance while keeping the wall-mounted fixture lighter and more practical.
Are bulbs included? +
Yes. A compatible standard bulb is included with the fixture.
What type of bulb does it use? +
Lava uses an E26 / E27 socket with a maximum rated power of 40W.
Can the wall sconce be dimmed? +
Brightness control requires a compatible dimmable E26 / E27 bulb and compatible control. The standard included bulb should not be assumed to provide dimming unless specifically selected as a dimmable option.

Lava is rated IP20 for indoor dry locations. If used near a vanity, it should remain outside wet, shower and direct-splash zones.

Yes. Lava is a hardwired wall fixture, so professional installation is recommended for secure mounting and correct electrical connection.
