Lava turns an irregular reflective disc into a sculptural modern pendant light. Switched off, the shade behaves like a distorted mirror; once illuminated, the interior becomes visible and creates the glowing, liquid-like effect that defines the design.

Before You Choose
Quick answers about the mirror effect, size, material, bulb and installation.
Why does Lava look different when the light is on? +
When switched off, the metallic shade behaves more like a distorted mirror. Once illuminated, the shade becomes more translucent and reveals the irregular internal surface and light source.
Which Lava size should I choose? +
Choose mainly by visual presence. Ø7" and Ø11" feel lighter and work well when a smaller pendant is desired, while Ø15" and Ø18.9" make the molten reflective form much more prominent.
Is the Lava shade made from glass? +
No. The shade is made from PVC / plastic with a reflective finish. It is designed to create a molten glass-like appearance without using a heavy glass shade.
Are bulbs included? +
Yes. A compatible bulb is included with the pendant light.
What type of bulb does it use? +
Lava uses an E26 / E27 socket and supports suitable LED or Edison-style bulbs.
Can the pendant be dimmed? +
Dimming depends on the bulb and wall control. Use a compatible dimmable E26 / E27 bulb together with a compatible wall dimmer when brightness control is required.
Can I adjust the hanging height? +
Yes. The standard cable is adjustable up to approximately 59" / 150cm and can be shortened during installation. Longer cable lengths are available upon request.
Why are there small marks on the bottom of the shade? +
The shade is formed using a molding process. Small molding traces on the underside can occur as a normal manufacturing characteristic and do not affect normal use.
Is professional installation recommended? +
Yes. Lava is a hardwired ceiling pendant, so professional installation is recommended for secure mounting, correct electrical connection and proper hanging-height adjustment.
Please note: reflective finishes respond to surrounding walls, windows and room lighting, so color and reflections may appear different from studio photography. Small molding traces on the underside are normal. Screen colors are approximate, and hand-measured dimensions may vary by approximately 1–2cm.
