Do the colors look different when the light is on? +
Yes. When Lava is switched off, the mirrored finish and surrounding reflections are more prominent. Once illuminated, a brighter inner glow appears while the outer surface remains reflective.
Which Lava configuration should I choose? +
Start with the amount of visual presence you want, then confirm the canopy diameter. The 3–7 light versions create a lighter cluster, while 11–20 lights are better suited to larger statement installations.
What is the difference between the two 5-light versions? +
One uses five matching Ø11" globes for a more uniform rhythm. The mixed version combines three Ø11" globes with two larger Ø15.1" globes for greater variation and depth.
Are the Lava shades made from glass? +
No. The sculptural globes are made from acrylic. Their irregular reflective surfaces create the molten, glass-like appearance while keeping larger multi-light arrangements lighter.
Are bulbs included? +
Yes. Compatible bulbs are included with the fixture.
Can I adjust the height of each pendant? +
Yes. Each suspension wire can be adjusted during installation, allowing the globes to sit at different heights. Standard wire length is approximately 59" / 150cm, and longer lengths are available upon request.
Can the Lava pendant be dimmed? +
Dimming depends on the bulbs and wall dimmer used. For brightness control, use compatible dimmable E26 / E27 bulbs together with a compatible dimmer switch.
What should I check before choosing 11–20 lights? +
Check the available ceiling area as well as the canopy diameter. The 11- and 13-light versions use a Ø31.5" / 80cm canopy, while the 16- and 20-light versions use a Ø39.4" / 100cm canopy.
Is professional installation recommended? +
Yes. Lava is a hardwired multi-light ceiling fixture. Professional installation is especially recommended for larger configurations to ensure secure mounting, correct wiring and balanced suspension heights.
Please note: reflective finishes respond to surrounding colors, windows and room lighting, so the globes may appear slightly different from studio photography. Screen colors are approximate, and hand-measured dimensions may vary by approximately 1–2cm.
