Larsson
Linear Wood
Wall Light
A slim bar of natural wood with a frosted diffuser, throwing a clean, even line of warm light. Minimalist and architectural — it mounts on a wall or flat on the ceiling, glows up, down, or both, and comes in three lengths. Where clean lines meet the warmth of real wood.

The Larsson keeps everything to a single clean line. A slender bar of real pine wood carries a frosted acrylic diffuser, so the light reads as a soft, even glow rather than a row of dots — minimalist, organic, and quietly architectural. It's the kind of fixture that looks intentional in a hallway, above a mirror, or over a desk.
What makes it flexible: it mounts horizontally on a wall or flat on the ceiling, it comes in a downward-only glow or an up-and-down wash, and it's offered in three lengths and two wood tones — so you can dial it in to the exact wall you have in mind.
Two Lighting Modes
Down, or up and down.
Downward Lighting
A clean line of light, cast down
Directs a soft, even glow downward — ideal above a vanity mirror, along a hallway, or over a desk where you want focused, glare-free light on the surface below.
Up & Down Lighting
A wash in both directions
Throws light both up and down for a fuller wall wash — a softer, more ambient, more dramatic effect that grazes the wall above and below the bar.
Choose your mode at checkout — both are offered in every length and wood tone.
Three Lengths
Sized to the wall.
23.6"
60 cm · ~12W

The compact length — above a smaller mirror, a nook, or a tight hallway run.
31.5"
80 cm · ~16W

The mid length — a versatile fit above most vanities, beds, and consoles.
47.2"
120 cm · ~24W

The statement length — a bold horizontal line for wide walls and pro spaces.
All three share the same ultra-slim 1.8" × 1.8" cross-section (4.5 × 4.5 cm) and project 15.4" (39 cm) from the mounting box.
Two Wood Tones
Wood Color

The natural pine tone — light, warm, and organic, showing off the raw grain. Leans Scandinavian and japandi.
Walnut Color

A richer, darker walnut tone — deeper and more grounded, for a warmer, more traditional feel.
Dual-Mount Design
Two looks in one fixture.
The Larsson installs two ways from the same fixture: mounted horizontally on a wall as a linear sconce, or flat on the ceiling as a slim flush mount. Both methods are shown in the installation guide.
One fixture, two very different roles — a wall accent or a low-profile ceiling line.
Before You Buy
Two things worth checking first.
1 · Check your junction box
The Larsson is deliberately slim — its 1.8" base is narrower than a standard US junction box (JBOX). Before ordering, confirm your existing box works with an ultra-slim mount. If your JBOX is wider than the fixture, you may need an additional cover plate or mounting adapter. We'd rather flag this now than have it surprise you at install.
2 · Dimming needs a Triac dimmer
It ships with a warm 3000K integrated LED and is Triac (thyristor) dimmable. For smooth, flicker-free dimming you'll need a Triac dimmer switch — standard rotary dimmers are not compatible and can cause flicker. If you don't need dimming, a standard on/off wall switch works fine.
It's a hardwired fixture — we recommend a licensed electrician, and turning off the breaker first. Rated for indoor use, damp locations (fine near a vanity), but not for direct water exposure. And because it's real wood, grain and tone vary slightly from piece to piece — that's the material, not a flaw.

Questions
Answered plainly.
Will it fit over my standard junction box?+
Not necessarily — and this is the one thing to check first. The Larsson's base is 1.8" (4.5 cm) wide, which is narrower than a standard US junction box. Measure your box before ordering. If it's wider than the fixture, you may need an additional cover plate or mounting adapter to close the gap.
How do I dim it?+
It's Triac (thyristor) dimmable. For smooth, flicker-free dimming you'll need a Triac dimmer switch — standard rotary dimmers are not compatible and can cause flickering. If you don't need dimming, it works with a standard on/off wall switch.
Can I mount it on the ceiling?+
Yes — it's a dual-mount fixture. Install it horizontally on a wall as a linear sconce, or flat on the ceiling as a slim flush mount. Both methods are demonstrated in the installation guide.
What's the difference between the two lighting modes?+
Downward Lighting casts a focused glow down — good above a mirror or desk. Up & Down Lighting washes the wall in both directions for a softer, more ambient effect. Both are offered in every length and wood tone.
Which length should I choose?+
Three: 23.6" (~12W) for smaller mirrors and tight spots, 31.5" (~16W) as a versatile mid-size, and 47.2" (~24W) for a bold statement on wider walls. All share the same slim 1.8" × 1.8" profile.
Can I use it in a bathroom?+
It's damp-rated for indoor use, so it works well above a vanity mirror as long as it's kept away from direct water spray. It is not designed for wet locations or direct water exposure.
From The Atelier
“We wanted the simplest possible gesture — one clean line of warm light in real wood. Then we made it adapt to you: wall or ceiling, down or up-and-down, three lengths, two tones. The design disappears, and the light does the talking.”
