Should I choose Solar or Hardwired?
Choose Solar when the installation is away from existing electrical and receives good direct sunlight during the day. Choose Hardwired when dependable nightly output matters more than installation flexibility.
Which size should I choose?
Choose 18.9" for low landscape accents and steps, 29.5" for most porches, patios and general garden use, and 39.4" for pathways, statement entrances and larger outdoor spaces.
Will the Solar version work on cloudy days?
Runtime depends on available daylight and charge level. Consecutive cloudy days, shaded placement or shorter winter daylight can reduce evening runtime. Hardwired is the better option when consistent operation is required regardless of available sunlight.
Can Larsen stay outside in rain?
Larsen is rated IP65 and designed for outdoor exposure. The fixture is protected against dust and water jets from multiple directions, making it suitable for pathways, patios, porches and garden areas.
