Intreccio uses an open woven pattern rather than a solid enclosure. When illuminated, light filters through the gaps and turns the outer structure into part of the nighttime effect.

Solar Configuration

Before You Choose

Quick answers about height, material and outdoor use.

What is the difference between the three sizes? +

Width stays very similar across the collection. The main difference is height: Small is 18.9", Medium is 26.8", and Large is 35.4". Choose according to how visible you want the light to be in the landscape.

Is the woven material natural rattan? +

No. Intreccio uses a woven-look synthetic plastic structure rather than natural rattan, making it more appropriate for outdoor use.

Is the LED included? +

Yes. Intreccio uses an integrated LED light source, so no conventional screw-in bulb is required.

What is the difference between wired and solar power? +

The wired configuration uses AC110–240V and requires permanent hardwiring. The solar configuration uses a DC 3.2V solar-powered system and does not require an AC cable run.

Can it stay outdoors? +

Intreccio is rated IP65 for outdoor use and is designed to resist normal rain, dust and exterior moisture. It should not be immersed in water.

Where should the solar version be installed? +

Place the solar version where the panel can receive useful daylight. Heavy permanent shade can reduce solar charging performance.

Product note: the woven exterior is synthetic plastic, not natural rattan. Screen colors are approximate; hand-measured sizes may vary 1–2cm. Solar charging performance depends on available daylight and placement.

We offer complimentary customization on selected fixture details. Available changes depend on the design. Email support@stuberlighting.com with the product name and your requirements before ordering.

03What about bulbs, dimming and electrical compatibility?

Bulb type, light source, voltage and dimming compatibility depend on the specific fixture and options you select. Please check the product specifications and selected variants or contact our team before placing your order.

04Do you provide installation guidance?

Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.

05What happens if I need to return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.

06What if something arrives damaged or develops an issue?

Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
