What configurations are available? +

Stuber offers Gran Finale in 1-Head, 6-Head, 8-Head and 12-Head configurations.

What is the difference between 8-Head and 12-Head? +

Both measure approximately Ø51.2" × H31.5" / Ø130 × H80cm. The 12-Head version fills the same overall footprint with more glass globes, creating a denser chandelier.

What finishes are available? +

Gran Finale is available in Black, Bright Red and Copper Plated finishes, paired with white glass shades.

Are the bulbs replaceable? +

Yes. Gran Finale uses replaceable G9 bulbs, and compatible bulbs are included.

Can the hanging height be adjusted? +

Yes. The standard suspension includes 20cm, 30cm and 50cm rod sections that can be combined during installation. Longer custom suspension can be arranged if needed.

Does it require hardwiring? +

Yes. Gran Finale is designed for permanent hardwired ceiling installation and standard wall-switch control.

Product note: Reflective finishes can appear different depending on surrounding colors, lighting and screen settings. Dimensions are hand-measured and may vary by approximately 1–2cm.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.

Once shipped, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue.

Complimentary standard shipping generally takes 20–30 business days. Expedited delivery is available with an estimated timeframe of 10–20 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

We offer complimentary customization on selected fixture details. Available changes depend on the design. Email support@stuberlighting.com with the product name and your requirements before ordering.

03What about bulbs, dimming and electrical compatibility?

Bulb type, light source, voltage and dimming compatibility depend on the specific fixture and options you select. Please check the product specifications and selected variants or contact our team before placing your order.

04Do you provide installation guidance?

Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.

05What happens if I need to return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.

06What if something arrives damaged or develops an issue?

Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
