Genuine Natural Alabaster
The stone makes every drop unique.
Natural alabaster carries organic veining, mineral markings and subtle tonal variation. When illuminated, those differences create a soft, individual glow.
Natural variation No two shades are exactly alike. Differences in veining, translucency and tone are normal characteristics of genuine alabaster.

The details worth confirming.
Which size should I choose? +
The 5.9″ diameter is ideal for a smaller accent or a group of pendants. The 7.1″ diameter offers a taller, more noticeable silhouette.
Will every alabaster pendant look identical? +
No. Natural alabaster varies in veining, color and translucency. Every piece has a slightly different appearance.
Can I customize the hanging length? +
Yes. We support custom hanging lengths. Please share your ceiling height and required drop before ordering.
Can I choose a different light color? +
3000K Warm White is the default. If you prefer 4000K Neutral White or 6000K Cool White, contact us when ordering. The standard light does not switch between colors.
Does it require a separate bulb? +
No. The integrated LED is built into the fixture, so no separate bulb is needed.
Natural material note: Each alabaster shade is unique. Natural veining, clouding, mineral markings and differences in translucency are expected characteristics of genuine stone.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.
Once shipped, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue.

03What about bulbs, dimming and electrical compatibility?+
Bulb type, light source, voltage and dimming compatibility depend on the specific fixture and options you select. Please check the product specifications and selected variants or contact our team before placing your order.
04Do you provide installation guidance?+
Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.
05What happens if I need to return an item?+
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.
06What if something arrives damaged or develops an issue?+
Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
