Freya pairs a matte pleated ceramic shade with a single polished brass accent. Its compact cocoon proportion keeps the fixture quiet enough for smaller spaces, while the repeated pleats give it depth even when the light is off.

Surface / Material
Matte Pleats Instead of Gloss
Vertical pleats give the ceramic shade shadow and texture without adding decoration. The matte white surface stays visually soft, while the polished brass stem adds one controlled point of warmth.

Ceramic Care Dust with a soft dry cloth or microfiber duster. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbers. Slight variation in pleat depth and ceramic surface is normal. Screen colors are approximate; hand-measured dimensions may vary 1–2cm.

Bulb type, light source, voltage and dimming compatibility depend on the specific fixture and options you select. Please check the product specifications and selected variants or contact our team before placing your order.
04Do you provide installation guidance?+
Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.
05What happens if I need to return an item?+
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.
06What if something arrives damaged or develops an issue?+
Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
