The head is genuine travertine stone, so the veining and tone vary piece to piece — yours won't look exactly like the photo, and that's the point: no two are alike. Solid but natural, so handle with care; stone can chip if knocked.

How is it installed?+
It's a hardwired ceiling spotlight — we recommend a qualified electrician. It works with a standard wall switch (not included). Once mounted, the brass pivot lets you aim the beam.
Can I aim the light?+
Yes — the brass pivot tilts so you can direct the beam onto artwork, a shelf, or a corner. It's an accent/mood light rather than a bright, whole-room ceiling light.
Does it come with a bulb?+
Yes — a bulb is included (standard E27, max 40W). A warm-white bulb suits the travertine best; you can swap it any time.
Will the stone match the photo?+
Not exactly — it's natural travertine, so veining and tone vary piece to piece. The photo is representative; yours will be its own, which is part of the charm.

03What about bulbs, dimming and electrical compatibility?+
Bulb type, light source, voltage and dimming compatibility depend on the specific fixture and options you select. Please check the product specifications and selected variants or contact our team before placing your order.
04Do you provide installation guidance?+
Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.
05What happens if I need to return an item?+
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.
06What if something arrives damaged or develops an issue?+
Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
