Can the hanging length be customized?
Yes. Contact us with your preferred ceiling-to-fixture drop if you need extended suspension rods.
Will the fabric look different when lit?
Yes. The fabric appears warmer when illuminated. The final appearance depends on the bulb and surrounding room lighting.
Is professional installation recommended?
Yes. Dynasty is designed for hardwired ceiling mounting. We recommend installation by a qualified electrician.
Shipping & Returns
Free Standard Shipping (4–6 weeks) — all US & Canada orders. Expedited (2–4 weeks) available; see Shipping Policy .
If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.
Once shipped, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue.

03What about bulbs, dimming and electrical compatibility?+
Bulb type, light source, voltage and dimming compatibility depend on the specific fixture and options you select. Please check the product specifications and selected variants or contact our team before placing your order.
04Do you provide installation guidance?+
Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.
05What happens if I need to return an item?+
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.
06What if something arrives damaged or develops an issue?+
Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
