The Cora Mini Pendant is the single-light pendant version of our Cora Chandelier — same milky-white opaque glass blossom shade, same warm brass-and-walnut material palette, scaled down to a compact pendant that can be installed alone above a small surface, or grouped together over a kitchen island, dining table, or breakfast counter. Three diameter options (5.9", 7.9", 9.8") let you match the pendant to the scale of the space underneath.
The flower-shaped glass shade is hand-blown and finished with an opaque milky-white surface — the bulb is invisible from any angle, and the entire shade glows uniformly when lit. The shade attaches to a slim brass-finished collar with a real ash-wood top cap, all suspended from a 59-inch adjustable steel cable. Single pendant for one focal spot; cluster 2-5 together for an open kitchen island or rectangular dining table.
Hand-blown milky-white opaque glass
The shade is hand-blown, then finished with an opaque milky-white surface that hides the bulb entirely. When lit, the whole shade glows softly — no bright spot, no glare, no visible filament. Soft, uniform, candlelit ambiance.
Brass collar + ash wood top cap
Warm-brass-finished metal collar holds the glass; a small ash wood top cap adds a natural-material accent at the ceiling end. Real wood, real metal — no veneer, no plastic-look hardware.
Three diameter options
5.9" mini for tight spaces and clustering; 7.9" medium for single-spot installation; 9.8" large for solo statement use over breakfast counters and entryways. Same flower-shaped silhouette across all three.

Order 2-5 pendants and install them in a line above a kitchen island or rectangular dining table — the modern alternative to a single chandelier. Each pendant installs independently; adjust the cable lengths for varied height drama.
Single pendant or cluster — two different rooms
A single pendant works above a small dining table, an entry foyer, a breakfast counter, a bedside or a hallway niche — anywhere a chandelier would be too much and recessed lights would be too little. A cluster of 3-5 pendants in a line replaces a chandelier above a kitchen island, long dining table, or open-plan dining bar — the modern alternative that contemporary designers reach for instead of installing a single dominant fixture. Either way, the milky-glass-and-brass-and-wood combination produces a fixture that's distinctive without being trendy.

Where the Cora Mini hangs best
Above a kitchen island (cluster of 3 in a line) — three pendants spaced 24-30 inches apart along the island length; the modern designer alternative to a single chandelier.
Above a long rectangular dining table (cluster of 2-3) — single linear arrangement; each pendant lights a different seating area.
Bedside reading pendant (single 5.9" or 7.9") — hangs over a nightstand instead of a table lamp; opens up nightstand surface for books, water, devices.
Entry foyer or hallway (single 7.9" or 9.8") — warm welcoming pendant for a single-focus installation.
Breakfast counter or coffee bar (single 9.8") — counter-height seating gets a dedicated overhead light source.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many pendants do I need for my kitchen island? +
A general rule for kitchen islands: one pendant per 24-30 inches of island length. For a 4-foot (48") island, two pendants. For a 6-foot (72") island, two to three pendants. For an 8-foot+ island, three to four pendants. Center them along the island length, with at least 12 inches between the outer pendants and the island ends. The 5.9" or 7.9" size works best for cluster installations; the 9.8" is usually too large for grouped installation and works better as a single statement.
What's the difference between the pendant and the chandelier? +
Same flower-shape glass, same brass-and-wood materials, two different installation formats. The Cora Chandelier is a single fixture with 3 or 5 lights clustered together on one canopy — installs in one ceiling location, like a traditional chandelier. The Cora Mini Pendant is a single pendant — installs alone or in a cluster of separate pendants spaced along the ceiling. Choose the chandelier for formal dining rooms where a single dominant fixture is the goal; choose the pendants when you want flexible spacing (kitchen islands, long dining tables) or smaller-scale single installations (bedside, foyer).
Can I get pendants with different cable lengths for varied heights? +
Yes — the 59-inch steel cable can be cut or knotted by your electrician at installation to set any drop height you want, and each pendant in a cluster can be set independently. Designer installations often use staggered heights (e.g. center pendant lower, outer pendants higher, or all stepping down across the line) to add visual rhythm. If you need cables longer than 59 inches for tall vaulted ceilings, contact us before ordering — we can extend cable lengths during manufacturing.
For best results with cluster installations, use the same bulb type and color temperature in every pendant — visual consistency matters when multiple fixtures are visible together.
Pendant cable is adjustable; recommended drop height is 30-36" above counter or table surface for standard dining and island installations.
