What is the difference between Model A and Model B? +

The main difference is the arrangement and rhythm of the colorful glass forms. Their overall dimensions are almost identical, so choose the model whose silhouette you prefer.

How large is the Caramella floor lamp? +

Model A measures approximately Ø11.8" × H61" / Ø30 × H155cm. Model B measures approximately Ø11.8" × H61.4" / Ø30 × H156cm.

Is the marble base real natural marble? +

Yes. The base uses natural marble, so veining, mineral markings, tone and pattern will vary from piece to piece.

Does it need a separate bulb? +

No. Caramella uses an integrated LED light source, so no conventional screw-in bulb is required.

What color temperature is the light? +

The light is 3000K warm white, giving the colorful glass a softer and warmer appearance.

Does it require installation? +

No hardwiring is required. Caramella is a freestanding plug-in floor lamp.

Material note: natural marble varies in veining, mineral markings, tone and pattern, making each base unique. Glass colors may appear slightly different depending on surrounding light and screen settings. Hand-measured sizes may vary 1–2cm.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.

Once shipped, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue.

Complimentary standard shipping generally takes 20–30 business days. Expedited delivery is available with an estimated timeframe of 10–20 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

We offer complimentary customization on selected fixture details. Available changes depend on the design. Email support@stuberlighting.com with the product name and your requirements before ordering.

03What about bulbs, dimming and electrical compatibility?

Bulb type, light source, voltage and dimming compatibility depend on the specific fixture and options you select. Please check the product specifications and selected variants or contact our team before placing your order.

04Do you provide installation guidance?

Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.

05What happens if I need to return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.

06What if something arrives damaged or develops an issue?

Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
