Captain Flint balances a slender metal frame with a sculptural cone shade and a substantial natural marble base. Rotate the shade to change where the light lands—from a reading area to a softly illuminated wall.

Direct the Light

One Cone, More Than One Lighting Effect

The shade is the functional center of the design—not just a decorative form.

Rotating Cone Reposition the shade up to approximately 270° to change the direction of the light.
Downward Light Aim the cone toward a chair, side table or reading area when you want more focused illumination.
Wall / Up Light Turn the cone toward a nearby wall or upward to create a softer reflected ambient effect.

The round natural marble base gives the slim upright structure a visually grounded foundation. Because marble is a natural stone, each base will have its own veining, mineral markings and tonal variation.

Quick answers about the cone, marble and setup.

Can the cone shade be repositioned? +

Yes. The cone can be rotated up to approximately 270° so you can direct the light downward, toward a nearby wall or upward for reflected ambient light.

Will every marble base look exactly the same? +

No. Natural marble varies in veining, mineral markings, tone and pattern placement. These differences are part of the material rather than a defect.

How large is the lamp? +

Captain Flint measures approximately Ø11.8" × H61" / Ø30 × H155cm.

What finishes are available? +

The metal structure is available in Copper or Black. Both versions use a natural white marble base.

Is the bulb included? +

Yes. A compatible E26/E27 bulb is included and can be replaced when needed.

Does it require hardwiring? +

No. Captain Flint is a freestanding plug-in floor lamp with an on/off foot switch.

Natural marble note: Each marble base varies naturally in veining, mineral markings, tone, contrast and pattern placement. These variations are inherent to natural stone and are not considered defects. Screen colors are approximate; hand-measured sizes may vary 1–2cm.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.

Once shipped, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue.

Complimentary standard shipping generally takes 20–30 business days. Expedited delivery is available with an estimated timeframe of 10–20 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

We offer complimentary customization on selected fixture details. Available changes depend on the design. Email support@stuberlighting.com with the product name and your requirements before ordering.

03What about bulbs, dimming and electrical compatibility?

Bulb type, light source, voltage and dimming compatibility depend on the specific fixture and options you select. Please check the product specifications and selected variants or contact our team before placing your order.

04Do you provide installation guidance?

Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.

05What happens if I need to return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.

06What if something arrives damaged or develops an issue?

Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
