The smallest member of the Calla family sits on a tabletop and does the same trick as its taller siblings: a sculptural petal shade tilts on a slim rod above a weighty marble base, and turns to send the light wherever you want it. It's the bedside and desk version — compact, calm, and heavier in the hand than you'd expect for something this small.
Owners keep saying the same two things: it looks more expensive than it is, and the base is so stable a cat or a child won't knock it over. The white-painted interior spreads a soft, ambient glow — not a harsh work light, but exactly the warm pool you want beside a bed or a favourite reading chair.
The Head
Tilts a full 180°.
Angle the petal shade down onto a book, out across a desk, or up for a softer ambient wash. Because the marble base is heavy, the lamp stays put while you adjust the head — owners who read call this out specifically: flexible up top, planted down below.

Shade & Rod
A petal-shaped metal shade on a slender rod, in a matte frosted finish. The white-painted interior is the detail that matters — it diffuses the bulb into a soft, even, ambient glow rather than a hard spot. Wipe with a soft dry cloth.
Base
A polished marble base gives this small lamp real, reassuring weight — owners note it's stable enough that a curious cat or a child won't tip it, even with the head angled out to one side.
Light
A standard E14 bulb (Max 40W) is included. It's a warm ambient and reading light rather than a bright task light — for brighter output, fit a higher-lumen warm bulb up to Max 40W. For remote brightness and colour control, add a remote-control dimmable bulb; this compact single-bulb size is the ideal match for it.

A quick honest tip
The slim rod is designed to be gently shaped by hand — if it looks a touch off-angle out of the box, you can straighten it with light finger pressure. It's normal for a hand-finished metal rod, and takes a second to true up.
Cord & Placement
The cord runs about 59 inches and can be extended on request. Set the lamp fully on the surface so the weighted base does its job, and keep it within reach of an outlet.

How bright is it — is it a work light?+
Being straight with you: it's designed as a warm ambient and reading light, not a bright task lamp. The white interior spreads a soft, even glow that owners love beside a bed or a chair. If you want more output, fit a higher-lumen warm bulb up to Max 40W — but for a dedicated bright work light, size up to the Calla floor lamp or add task lighting.
How adjustable is it?+
The head tilts a full 180 degrees — aim it down for reading, out for a desk, or up for ambience. The heavy marble base keeps the lamp steady while you move the head, which readers particularly appreciate.
Is it stable? Will pets or kids knock it over?+
The marble base is deliberately heavy, and owners specifically say it's stable enough that a cat or child won't tip it — even with the head angled to one side. Set it fully on the surface and it stays put.
Does it come with a bulb? Can I dim it?+
A standard E14 bulb (Max 40W) is included. For adjustable brightness and colour temperature, add a remote-control dimmable bulb — this compact single-bulb lamp is exactly what that add-on is designed for, and it ships in place of the standard bulb. Replacement E14 bulbs are widely available.
Is it hard to assemble?+
No — it's minimal assembly and owners have it ready in minutes, no special tools. If the slim rod looks slightly off-angle out of the box, it's meant to be trued up with light finger pressure — normal for a hand-finished rod. Then fit the bulb and plug in.
