A Curved Wood Form with Light Built Into the Inside

Bend replaces the usual lamp base and shade with one flowing wooden structure wrapped around a frosted acrylic light source. At 18.9 inches tall with a compact 4.7-inch base, it brings vertical shape and soft ambient light without a bulky footprint.

Bend's Main Idea

Wood Becomes the Lamp Structure

Rather than attaching a shade to a conventional base, the curved wooden body creates the outer silhouette itself. Frosted acrylic sits inside the bend and softens the integrated LED into a calmer line of light.
