What bulb type does Belle use?
Belle uses a replaceable E26 or E27 bulb base, depending on the regional configuration. We recommend warm-white LED bulbs to complement the beige fabric shade.
Can I adjust the hanging height?
The suspension uses combinable hanging rods in 3.9″, 7.9″ and 11.8″ lengths. Contact us before ordering if you need an extended hanging length.
How should I clean the fabric shade?
Switch off the power and allow the bulb to cool. Gently remove dust with a soft dry cloth or brush. Avoid soaking or using harsh cleaning products.
Is professional installation recommended?
Yes. Belle is designed for hardwired ceiling installation. A qualified electrician can confirm the mounting support and suitable hanging height for your space.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.
Once shipped, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue.

Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.

Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
