Good to Know
How is UF4-L10 different from UF4-33N?
Both are tall statement floor lamps. UF4-L10 has a more expressive stacked silhouette with horizontal sections, while UF4-33N has a cleaner, continuous vertical form.
Is 70.9" too tall for an 8-foot ceiling?
It can work, but it will feel intentionally oversized. For more breathing room and a more balanced architectural look, approximately 9-foot or higher ceilings are ideal.
How do I clean the Washi paper?
Dust gently with a dry feather duster or soft microfiber tool. Do not wet-clean, steam, spray with cleaners or use a damp cloth.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in texture and dimensions are normal, and washi paper ambers gently over time. Screen colors are approximate; hand-measured sizes may vary 1–2cm.

03What about bulbs, dimming and electrical compatibility?+
Bulb type, light source, voltage and dimming compatibility depend on the specific fixture and options you select. Please check the product specifications and selected variants or contact our team before placing your order.
04Do you provide installation guidance?+
Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.
05What happens if I need to return an item?+
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.
06What if something arrives damaged or develops an issue?+
Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
