How large is the Aim pendant? +

Aim measures approximately Ø9.6" × H7.1" / Ø24.5 × H18cm, giving it a compact profile for both individual and repeated installations.

Is the suspension height adjustable? +

Yes. The suspension height can be adjusted during installation. The standard drop is approximately 59" / 150cm, and a longer suspension can be arranged when required.

Does Aim require a bulb? +

No. Aim uses an integrated LED light source that is included with the fixture, so no conventional screw-in bulb is required.

Is the Aim pendant dimmable? +

No. Aim is non-dimmable.

What color temperatures are available? +

Aim is available in 3000K warm light, 4000K neutral light and 6000K cool light.

Is Aim suitable above a kitchen island? +

Yes. Its compact fixture body and focused LED illumination make Aim well suited to kitchen islands, counters and bars, either individually or repeated in a row.

Product note: light appearance can vary slightly with surrounding surfaces, ambient light and screen settings. Screen colors are approximate; hand-measured sizes may vary 1–2cm.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund within 30 days, provided the items remain brand new and unused.

Once shipped, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a quality issue.

Complimentary standard shipping generally takes 20–30 business days. Expedited delivery is available with an estimated timeframe of 10–20 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

02Can you adjust dimensions, colors or hanging length?

We offer complimentary customization on selected fixture details. Available changes depend on the design. Email support@stuberlighting.com with the product name and your requirements before ordering.

03What about bulbs, dimming and electrical compatibility?

Bulb type, light source, voltage and dimming compatibility depend on the specific fixture and options you select. Please check the product specifications and selected variants or contact our team before placing your order.

04Do you provide installation guidance?

Installation requirements vary by product. Contact us if you need assembly or installation guidance for your particular fixture. For hardwired lighting, we recommend installation by a qualified professional in accordance with local electrical codes.

05What happens if I need to return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain brand-new and unused. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order ships. Contact support before sending anything back.

06What if something arrives damaged or develops an issue?

Send our team photos and your order number if your item arrives damaged, and we will review the next steps. Eligible fixture issues are covered by a 2-year warranty, excluding bulbs. We are here to help after delivery.
