At Stuberlighting, we take pride in our carefully curated lighting collections. All our light fixtures are designed with premium materials and built for long-lasting daily use. This warranty service is only available to the original buyer who purchases directly from stuberlighting.com.
1. Warranty Period
A limited warranty of Two (2) Years applies to all lighting fixtures, starting from the confirmed date of delivery.
2. Inspection Upon Delivery (First 30 Days)
To ensure your project stays on schedule, we strongly advise inspecting all items within 30 days of receipt for any transit damage or missing parts.
- If damage/defects are reported within 30 days: Please provide clear photo or video evidence. Stuberlighting will ship replacement parts or a complete new unit at NO cost to you (including all shipping fees).
- Reports after 30 days: We will still provide technical support and replacement options; however, the buyer will be responsible for the associated shipping fees.
3. Coverage for Non-Human Damage
Within the 2-year warranty period, if a lamp fails due to material defects or manufacturing issues (non-human damage), we will reissue the necessary parts or the entire fixture free of charge.
4. What Stuberlighting Will Do
We will repair or replace any defective product or part, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period. If a repair or replacement is not feasible (e.g., the model is discontinued), we may elect to provide a full refund of the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.
5. What Is Not Covered?
To ensure safety and longevity, this warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (including replaceable light bulbs and batteries).
- Damage caused by voltage fluctuations outside the standard North American range.
- Acts of God (storms, floods, lightning, etc.).
- Misuse, neglect, or unintended use of the product.

Improper Installation: We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all installations. Issues arising from DIY installation errors are not covered.
