• Free standard shipping for all orders. Listed prices include standard shipping and all applicable taxes (no extra fees).
• Extra charge for expedited shipping. See Shipping Policy for details.

3. Shipping Time

• Expedited shipping: 10-20 business days.
• Standard shipping: 20-30 business days.
• Shipping method based on product size.

4. Customization Service

• Check product specs on the website before ordering. 
• Free customization (color, wire length, bulb color temperature) available. Contact customer service for details.

5. After-Sales & Warranty

• Inspect products promptly upon receipt; contact us with photos for damage issues (free return/exchange).
• 2-year warranty (bulbs not covered).
• Free replacement for damaged small parts (e.g., crystal connectors).

6. Pre-Shipment & Delivery

• All products are inspected before shipment (photos available upon request).
• In-stock items ship within 1-5 business days.
• Note order for pre-shipment inspection photos; email us within 2 hours if missed.
